At Olympus Harbour Island, our vibrant Tampa community embraces both you and your furry friends, allowing up to two pets per home. Enjoy scenic strolls and waterfront views, knowing your pets will love it here as much as you do—just check our breed restrictions to ensure a perfect fit!
Our Pet Policy
Cats and dogs allowed. Maximum of 2 pets per home. One‑time non‑refundable pet fee: $500 per pet. Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet. Breed restrictions apply; aggressive breeds are not permitted.
